  • Prequalification Overview: Trade Tapp provides prequalification services on subcontractors that wish to be included in the bid list for KEAR Civil Corporation (KEAR). It is the policy of KEAR to prequalify subcontractors prior to awarding a contract on any projects. Your prequalification status must be updated annually.
  • Prequalification Instructions: The first step is to create a Building Connected account which is the parent program to TradeTapp. These two applications work hand-in-hand. Once you have created a Building Connected account, contact charles.walker@kearcorp.com with the email address used for your account ID, he will then send you an invite through the Trade Tapp system.
