Launched in 2001, KEAR Civil Corporation has grown into a nationally recognized industry leader in the specialized construction of Fueling System and Water Infrastructure projects.

KEAR was incorporated in Phoenix, AZ by Marco Spagnuolo as operating division to focus on industrial construction services.
