Launched in 2001, KEAR Civil Corporation has grown into a nationally recognized industry leader in the specialized construction of Fueling System and Water Infrastructure projects.

At KEAR, we maintain a proactive, vigilant approach to maintaining a safe workplace at all our jobsites. KEAR has created a corporate culture where safety is a core value and paramount. KEAR promotes the importance of an accident-free workplace through the development, implementation and leadership of an industry-leading safety program.

By providing Lunch & Learns, Safety Talks, Training, Guest Speakers and Tuition Reimbursement on Continuing Education for our employees, KEAR continues to build a stronger organization for future employees.

KEAR was incorporated in Phoenix, AZ by Marco Spagnuolo as operating division to focus on industrial construction services.

KEAR completes our first Job Order Contract.
