City of Mesa 6th Street Service Center, AZ, Ground Fuel Vault Repairs

KEAR’s scope of work entailed repair and resealing ground fuel vaults for a diesel tank and 2 gasoline tanks, replacing sumps, installation of new concrete slabs and pavement. Modified existing chain link fencing while maintaining site security. Provided Class 1 Division 2 electrical connections for pumps and equipment in sumps. Provided SWPPP and decorative gravel to restore site. A critical element of this ground fuel project was careful planning and coordination with City of Mesa staff to ensure that operations were not impacted by the ongoing construction and fueling capabilities were maintained throughout construction.
