This CMAR project consisted of two phases. Phase 1 included the installation of a new Bioclere package Water Treatment Plant, refurbishment and reuse of existing concrete tanks, existing lift station upgrades and new piping & electrical systems. Also included in Phase 1 was the installation of a new restroom building with septic and leach field system as well as the decommissioning and disposal of the existing treatment facility. Phase 2 of the project included the design and construction of a new primary water source and delivery system to the parks 50,000 gallon water storage tank.
