KEAR was the prime contractor for a new lift station in Peoria, AZ as part of the Vistancia housing community. The project included the construction of a new cast-in-place concrete wet well, pre-treatment manhole with monster grinder, 21″ VCP gravity sewer line, dual 16″ PVC force-mains, new pumps, discharge header and complete odor control system. The electrical and controls work included a new service entrance section, standby generator with an automatic transfer switch, site lighting and all required SCADA & controls.  Site work, including new asphalt entrance roadway, retention basins and masonry fencing with gates were part of KEAR’s scope of work.
