KEAR was selected as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the design and construction phase services for the major lift stations upgrades project. For the design phase of the project KEAR provided design phase cost budgeting, constructability reviews, value engineering and site investigations. The construction of the project included the upgrades to 3 of the major lift stations in Sedona including new pumps, new VFD’s & PLC’s, valve & piping replacmeent, new flow and level meters and all associated electrical & control work.
