This project consisted of miscellaneous upgrades to the existing wastewater reclamation facility in the City of Sedona. The existing aeration system was upgraded and expanded to handle increased flows, including new aeration system, FRP baffles, new mixers and new return pumps. The existing solids handling building received a new centrifuge and related piping and controls, along with sludge grinder replacement and a new polymer feed system. KEAR installed a new reuse vertical turbine pump and related yard piping to allow for increased options for plant reuse water discharge. The plant SCADA system was also upgraded to handle all new equipment and increased plant processes.
